Love me some Charmin, love the ultra soft especially. Have tried other top brands, even house brands that say they "compare to", but always come back to Charmin. Quality, Softness, Durability, for just a bit more.

we've noticed that when we got to the last 4 rolls in the 18 pk package, the perforations were almost not there, the roll doesn't tear nice and the little ones get so upset that it rips.

Love Charmin products and with the Mega I don't have to shop as much because it lasts longer. I have tried other brands but always come back to Charmin!

I like the product, but I don't like the smaller roll size. The original 4.27" width is just fine with me. Can we special order the "classic" size? Can I order a 5'-wide roll so I can cut my own width?

Buy Charmin Ultra Soft at Sam's Club for many years but last package I bought had smaller width rolls that is half of the toilet paper holder. Not happy in LA.

Upon opening a new package of mega rolls I immediately noticed the shorter rolls...why did you do that? They don't fit properly and now I feel cheated. Did you think the whole world wouldn't notice? Please go back to the standard roll size!

I've used store brands for years, and never had a clog. Upgraded to Charmin Ultra Soft (which is as advertised -- very soft), and now at least 1 out of 5 uses requires a plunger.

We have always used Charmin but have to decided to change brands because we like the full sized rolls. We feel slightly cheated and furthermore the little rolls don't fit our toilet tissue holders.

My family has used Charmin almost exclusively for many years, but we are making a change! If the rolls get any narrower, it will be like using a roll of postage stamps in the bathroom! BAD MOVE CHARMIN!!!

Have used since Mr. Whipple was on tv. Very disappointed when I bought a "bonus" package last week and rolls are much narrower. Next purchase will be different brand.
