I have bought Charmin for years without complaint. The new rolls are narrower and the cardboard insert is bigger so you get less toilet paper but you spend the same money. Very deceptive Charmin. I'm going to Northern Toilet paper.

The quality of the paper is very good. However, I have two roll holders that require the roll to be the standard size. Switching to a different brand.

After using your products for many years, lately we need to keep a scissors in the bathroom because the darn stuff don't detach on the designated marks anymore. What's going on ???

I have used Charmin for years, It has gotten so NARROW that it just slide around on the holder, So guess i will try to find something that will fit the holder..

I don't like the new Charmin Ultra Soft with the flowers on the sheets. It is not as soft as the old ones. The flowers press down on the paper and it's hard, and I do not like the flowers, It looks cheap.

I have been a loyal customer of yours for many years, but NO more. Why do company think they need to make improvements?? If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Narrower is NOT BETTER. Will not buy your product again.

I have loved this TP since it came out and bought only this for my household. but latest purchase really upset me since roll is no longer wide enough to clean you thoroughly without a mess. just lost my business!!!

Noticed the difference while driving cross country. Nothing else is as soft and "comfortable" as Charmin after sitting in a car all day and using "sandpaper" in gas stations & restaurants! Love my Charmin!

Since this pandemic I have been forced to buy other brands that I have never tried. I can tell you one thing I'll never buy them again as long as Charmin is available. None of the others can compare.
