Best Ever

Very soft!

Not soft any longer

I have used Charmin Ultra Soft or Charmin Soft for years, but recently it has not been soft. So disappointed. I paid the price for a soft tissue but I can buy another brand that is softer now that you changed it. So very disappointed.

Longtime customer disappointed

Why did you make your rolls narrower? Greatly disappointed...it's really cheap to make this kind of change without being upfront about it. Same price, but lesser-quality product. I'm really disappointed.

Width Issue

Not happy with new width size. Approx 1/2" narrower What product have you not reduced the width?Want larger width. If not available will try other brands.

Awesome stuff seems like the roll never ends
