It used to be very soft. Now it's scratchy and rough on my lady parts. I've used charmin soft for years and this is a definite change. I need to find something new.

Toilet Paper is definitely a product where you can tell the difference between poor and excellent quality. Charmin meets the criteria to fall into the excellent category. It is thick, strong, and soft and always a welcome addition to the bathroom.
