New ECO Tank user

I like the small size of this printer. Filling with ink was very easy, I was empressed! Print quality was good especially on photos! Will try printing a "maintenance" "nozzle check" every week (as I don't print very often and down't want print head to plug up).

I am having a tough time learning this new computer.

The online manual is of no help to me. It should be step by step. The videos are for older models and not the model that I purchased. When I try to scan and send it to an email it says to install the email program. It also tells me to disable my security and firewall.

stupid

I have had this machine for a little wile now. I think that the machine should be sent to the outhouse. It doesn't do anything that you want. reg paper have the wrong settings and don't try to change the paper size or the paper gets stuck under the covers. I think that it sucks and will never buy another one

EcoTank is economical, however not for everybody

I've used a few times since receiving it. All is going well, except I did have 2 paper jams in the first week. I didn't realize you had to move the blue parts to the size of the paper and it would jam. Since moving the blue tabs, it hasn't jammed since, so that's a good sign. I got this printer so I could stay away from constantly having to buy cartridges! The quality of what I have printed has been quite good for documents. If you are looking for bright neon colors or a photo printer, I would say steer away. I printed neon green and pink arrows onto normal 8x10 paper for yard sale signs, and they showed up more of a null green and dull pink. I love the concept of filling ink tanks instead of wasting loads of money on ink cartridges, this unit was easy to install does a great job scanning. We had a printer but did not like having to refill the ink cartridges all of the time. We decided to get this printer since the ink would not have to be refilled for 2 years. Also the WiFi was easy to setup. If you didn't know, you can print from ANYWHERE with this printer. You don't have to be in the same room etc. The printer has capability to have its own email address so you can print from anywhere in the world. Good printer!

The Epson ET-2720 is a good printer. So far it has worked well for my personal needs and home office. The printer is sleek and compact and fits nicely in my small office space. Setup was easy and took about 30 minutes. All I needed to do was remove the tape, insert ink bottles into their respective silos, and power the printer on. The functions of printing, copying, and scanning work great. I love how effortless wireless printing is to set up on my computer, laptop and mobile phone. My printed documents came out sharp and the colors are fairly close to my screen colors. So far I haven't had any messy ink splatters when printing. Also, there were no messes when filling the ink bottles during setup. I'm excited about EcoTank because it is cartridge-free. There seems to be a good amount of ink so I would avoid the hassle of buying refills often. My only gripes are that the feeder paper tray and output tray are small and the display could be larger. Beside those, I still think this is a good printer that works well for me. It provides an effortless setup, efficient and easy wireless printing in my house, and economical savings when it comes to refilling ink. Easy to use

This printer Epson Eco Tank ET-2720 has been very easy to use so far. I got it out of the box and it was very well packaged. It was very easy to set up. This printer is perfect for my home office. I can print as much as I need and it is conveniently near me. Refilling the ink cartridges is so easy, all you have to do is pull the cap off and fill up the the cartridges. I love that these cartridges are inexpensive to buy. This printer is very lightweight and easy to pick up. The only issue I encountered was trying to get the printer status to show up on my computer. I had to go into settings and try to connect from there. The installation process went by fairly quickly. I received this printer free of charge for a beta test, as well as a product review.

Ridiculous

I see a lot of great reviews but it looks as if no one has used their printer as long or as much as I do. Wi-fi is horrible and then....then... After so many pages printed, you get a notification that your printer needs to have a sponge replaced and there is no way for you to do it yourself, so you pack it up in a box and ship it to the service center in the next state over to have it done, hopefully, you don't use this for a business like I do, trying to be eco friendly but find the cost of shipping and not having a printer costs money so I have to buy a new one every 4 months. They really thought this one through

Best Printer Ever!

I bought this printer a couple months ago and I absolutely love it. My parents have an Epson EcoTank and raved about it, so I decided to give it a try. The setup was quick and easy and I have not had any issues with it so far. I also recently bought some photo paper to test out the photo printing capabilities and the pictures turned out AMAZING - just as good or even better than getting them printed at a photo center. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and see myself keeping this printer for a very long time.

Great printing but miserable interface

This printer has a screen that is about 1 inch square. It almost unreadable. It has proprietary glyphs that are hard to see and a miserable text input system. It works great for weeks and suddenly stops working and needs the network password or needs a firmware update which it refuses to take and then needs a network password. It can take an hour or more to enter a wireless password and get the thing working after it has one of its spells. You need a magnifying glass and a lot of patience to keep this thing working.

Great Printer!

I received this printer two weeks ago. The printer was easy to assemble out of the box. I loved that the printer has the refillable ink tank. That was super easy to do! Setting up the printer was easy and didn't take long at all. I installed the drivers from my computer and everything worked well. Once, I printed my first page, I was very impressed! It printed so nice and the color was rich and bright. I print various items and most are pictures. The color was great! The settings were easy and didn't require a lot of test prints to get it right. The refillable ink seems to be lasting. I did not have to be worried about the ink running out too soon. The only thing I wished the printer had was a touch screen and a tray to load paper. The printer still worked really good, I just had to get used to that. This is a review for the Epson EcoTank ET-2720 All-In-One Supertank Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.
