Bought this printer for printing a family ancestry book. Liked the idea of the ink bottles instead of the expensive cartridges. However, got it home and set up only to find that I can not print borderless on professional paper. Seems that you can only print borderless on photo paper.

I have been using this printer for two weeks now on a regular basis, and it is a perfect fit for my needs. Setup was very easy, and all my devices were connected within ten minutes. Filling the ink wasn't messy, and that was one of my main concerns on this product. It was very easy and simple to do, just flip the bottle over onto the correct ink nozzle. The jury is still out on some of my concerns. The paper feeds from the back which makes the printer need more room than expected. The cover for the ink does not lock tight, so it could be a potential problem if put in an area where children might play with it. None of these concerns take away the rating until I actually have a problem with them. So for now, Great product! I'd never used a printer with a refill system like this before, so when I first saw the bottles I'll admit it, I was apprehensive but as soon as I filled the first ink tank, I was surprised at the forethought that went into the design. Fully anticipating the drips or "blowback" for lack of a better word, from turning the bottle upside down to fill then back up to remove, I was very pleasantly surprised to find that there was absolutely none of either. There were no spills on my light carpet or around the fill area; no mess at all. The bottles just sat on the fill slots and the ink flowed in smoothly, stopping on its own when the tanks were full. One thing to note, it is a little noisy upon the initial run of ink being loaded into the printer during initial installation so this was something that I noticed, but normal print, copy and scan operations were quieter than most printers I've owned. I can't even being to tell you how convenient it has been to be able to print emails and recipes from websites off of my phone directly to the printer rather than having to get onto my computer, look everything up again and then print. I've printed a ton over the last few weeks, scanned to my desktop, scanned to email and just generally given this printer a run for it's money and it has not disappointed me. I'm not usually into top loaders because I tend to print a lot, but this little thing has made me like them again. It's economical, compact, extremely user friendly and well designed. I initially bought the eco tank 2720 and it often jammed, printed low quality images, the coloring was off. After struggling to get it to work at all, it wouldn't even turn on. I had a tech come look at it and he couldn't fix it. Returned it and got a 2800 as the 2720 was sold out and I'm having the same issues. Incredibly low quality printers with many, many errors. Don't be tricked by the “eco” name, it'll end up in the landfill faster than a regular cartridge printer.

This EPSON Printer is super nice! I am very surprised when i got this because not only it have lots of newfeatures but it's also wireless which is very convenient and hussle free, exactly what i needed! It's bery easy to set up and what i love about this is the Ecofit Ink bottles are so unique and so easy to refill! It will save you much time. Don't even let me started with the quality of the picture and images. They are so amazing! It's very clear and and the images are in very good quality! This made my work alot easier i can literally print files and images directly my phone which i love thr most! I am very satisfied with this product and I highly recommend this. I bought this printer to replace an HP 3730 printer because the print cartridges were costing a fortune, and the print quality was declining. Right out of the box, the set up and preparation for printing was well outlined and easy to follow. Computer set up was equally easy. Once setup for printing, a test print was completed and the print looked terrific! I have printed from my PC, iPad Pro and iPhone without incidence. I love this printer and expect a long period of use.

I have used several printers from numerous companies over the past few years. The Epson brand has always been in my top few brands, but this printer takes the cake. SET-UP: This printer is very easy to set up with no components needing to be assembled prior to use (outside of ink). When removed from the box you must remove several pieces of tape off from the printer that are present to make sure no components are moved during transport. Next the bottles of ink (included) are opened and then inserted into their proper tanks. This process (compared to some other printers) is relatively easy and painless. Each color has a different top that fits into each tank so it is not possible to put the wrong color in the wrong tank. While filling the tanks there was no spilling of the ink as it is designed to automatically stop when full. The set-up process for first use of the printer is straight forward and takes about 15-20 minutes. After the ink is primed you can top of the ink tanks with the remaining ink in the bottles. You can adjust the print alignment and similar settings if you choose to or can do it at a later time. I chose to do it first thing which required an additional 5 minutes and was easy. Then simply insert paper and adjust the tabs where the paper is held and you are good to go. Grade: 5/5 USE: I printed probably 200 pages so far off from this printer. I inspected each page pretty thoroughly and noticed no errors or misalignment issues. The colors were true to what they should be, with similar quality between all colored items. About 25% of these pages were printed from my phone via the Epson app for iOS with no issue. Another 10% was printed using their e-mail to print services. I highly recommend checking out these additional choices for your printing needs. Grade: 5/5 OVERALL: I had no issues with this printer and the set-up was a lot easier than similar printers. Wi-Fi connection was simple, print quality was good, and using ink bottles rather than cartridges was no more complicated and will be cheaper overall I am sure. I highly recommend this printer. Great idea on the super tank on the ink! Worked well for about 8 months then poor quality printing set in. Print was so light it was hard to read. Did several test runs to try to clear the print up. Went in and ran a test clean and looked good but print quality again was poor. At this point its drop in the trash and look for something else. Again I like the super tank idea of not having to feed ink cartridges.

I got this in the mail and hooked it up as soon as i got it its easy to install and hook up not much to do wich i love about it. Easy to use and i have been using it every day since l9ve the quality of this printer can do a lot of stuff with it and prints fast. Would recomend this 100%

The Epson ET-2720 makes printing for work and home quick and easy. The size of the printer made is extremely easy to figure out a place to put it. Having the options to print and scan from such a small printer is an amazing because finding space in a 3 bedroom apartment with 3 kids and not having them mess with it, especially when it comes to work related materials in a must. The setup was flawless and I was able to complete it from using the quick start guide in under 20 minutes. The EcoTank refills are simple to use and not having to worry about running out of ink in the middle of a print job is nice. I have used this printer for a little over a week with printing over 1000 pages and I still have yet to refill any of the inks.
