I like how its design and color. And it is compact. Worked fine until it start to not connect to the computer. It was stay offline all the time and could not solve the problem. And the color is not vibrant. Black look too fade and I can see the dots. Color itself is pretty matched to the true color from image. I didnt like the driver/install softwares. It is tons of stuff... and it look so outsated. Some fonts are too small like joke. I couldnt even see. It look like 90's seriously. And the cap of the tank... i like the way it openes towards me. Not like the other model it opened up so had to open printer too.

The et-2720 is a fantastic device with a huge ink well. I probably put a ream of paper and at least fifty photo sheets through it and it doesn't look as I've used much of the ink. The tanks are clearly marked, and the bottles are a special type that makes filling easy, and best of all clean. The size and weight of the device was a great surprise, making it easy to move if necessary and the small footprint makes finding a place for it relatively simple. I have been working with this printer for going on 2 weeks now and it is simply a JOY to use! Prints are sharp, clean, and clear. No problems to report with the feed, or even the speed it prints! Setting up this printer took about an hour and a half, BUT it was seamless and problem free! Just step by step. The ink is SO simple to fill! It connected to wi-fi with no issues. It did feel like it was taking a while, BUT not having a constant problem pop up for me to get past was a HUGE improvement from others I have set up before! Printer works fine so far. Initial set up was pretty easy but I had a cable (not incuded) so with it I think the set up went a bit faster. In routine use, the tiny screen on printer is a bit hard to read, but you get used to it. If visually impared you might have a tough time. Hoping the tank based ink works as promoted.

I bought this printer a couple of months ago and wish I had bought it so much sooner. I do a lot of crafting so I need lots of printing done and this delivers. I had been spending a lot of money on costly ink cartridges. At times I couldn't even find them in the store or online. This has been a money saver and it is so easy to set up and use.

I love my ecotank printer. It was in good shape,came in just on time to do activities with my kids. It's cartridge free,which I enjoy. It came with the ink bottles for each color and it was easy to fill the printer. Although I filled my printer with iink,there are still more left over n case one of the colors decide to go low. I liked that it's wireless. I can connect any of my devices to it and just print. I don't have to only connect my laptop,which is great. I love that I don't need no phone line to operate the printer. It's small enough and very light for me to place anywhere in my household. I purchased this item to replace a tired, expensive to operate, HP product. This product was reasonably priced. The scanning is good. Pages per minute is above average. The color reproduction is good. The led screen is a little small and a little complicated. Some of the screen options are hard to see. The printing and scan options are excellent.

This is the third Epson printer I have owned in 16 years. The first one was crushed in my move from Missouri to Washington, the second one I got used and had to purchase the refillable cartriges with an external inkwell. Well, I just wore it out. This one, being my #3 has been excellent so far. I use it mainly to print off tattoo outlines. It was so simple to set up and I had no issues with connecting it to my laptop and wifi. It prints wonderfully, I am 100% satisfied! I recommend this printer to everyone looking for an inexpensive printer with good quality prints.

I'm so impressed by the Epson EcoTank-2720 all in one Supertank Printer. This is by far the best printer I've ever owned. The ability to fill the ink myself was awesome. I've printed probably 200 pages of some black and a lot of color prints and haven't used hardly a drop of ink. With this printer you get a lot of bang for your buck. It's worth every dime. I do eventually want to get a bigger printer so I can print bigger things but it would have to be a Epson Ecotank too. I'll never go back to any other kind of printer. Once I went Epson Eco Tank I'll never go back. It's just a well made printer that works like a charm and if I had used my old printer and printed 100 pages I would have to had to replace cartridges and with the epson eco tank I don't have to do that. It's just an all around great printer!!!

I threw out my old all-in-one thinking this would be a significant upgrade. Boy, was I wrong. Wish I still had my old printer. The Wi Fi connection is terrible, and, I cannot do anything from the printer's touchpad because it does not recognize either one of our computers. This despite downloading the software and doing a full setup.
