I made a few different soups with this and thought it added a cleaner, purer chicken stock flavor than most other brands of supermarket chicken broths. If compared side by side, the difference is palpable. And there's no comparison to the broth cubes or jarred concentrates. To me, this is one step away from homemade chicken broth (i.e. what to get when there's no time to simmer a whole chicken on the stove).

Tried this recently and am very happy with it. Other types of bone broth I tried before had a terrible taste, but this one tastes great, more like a roasted chicken flavor. A great way to add protein into your diet and does seem to help somewhat with weight loss. I would recommend it.
