I really enjoy this flavor of GT's kombucha. You can definitely taste the warmth and spice from the ginger and it is complemented well by the other flavors. This stuff is amazing for the gut and the taste is great. Drinking kombucha really helps to populate the gut with beneficial bacteria. There is no added sugar as with many other booch brands, so this is a great choice.

I ordered 48 oz and approved the substitute of 16 oz. But I wish I had the option to get three of the 16 oz that would total to the 48 oz.

Label seems to have changed. Now it shows they add 3g of sugar. Also shows 12g of total sugars. Not sure if this is a new thing or Walmart only thing.

I was excited to try this for the first time but the lable says its not for breastfeeding women.
