Flavor is more intense, hence the “Tail” flavoring but still has a hint of seltzer with more alcohol kick. Flavor selection is well chosen. White Claw added a great option to their line up of alcoholic beverages.

This was my first time trying them, and I was honestly impressed. The drinks are flavorful without being overly sweet, which I really appreciated. They’re definitely more cocktail-inspired than your typical hard seltzer, and they go down easy. I liked almost every flavor—especially the Mango Margarita and Strawberry Cosmo—but I couldn’t stand the Blackberry Mojito. It had a strange aftertaste that didn’t work for me at all. That said, the rest of the pack made up for it. These feel perfect for a casual hang or warm-weather get-together, and I’d definitely pick them up again (just maybe not that flavor).

Everything you love about the classics, refreshed in four bold flavors to serve everyone's taste. The bold Cosmo flavor, the crisp bite of Mojito, the tropical twist of Mai Tai, and the juicy kick of Margarita flavors. Made with real juice, lightly sparkling, and 7% alc/vol. This beverage is extremely refreshing and delicious. Definitely a summer drink. Would purchase myself.

They definitely have a “beer” aftertaste, regardless of the fruit flavor that has been added. Strawberry was the most palatable. But the others were simply not that good in my opinion. I also enlisted the help of my 23-year-old son, whose opinion aligned with mine. White Claw Clawtails are just “mediocre” on a good day. It’s not a malt beverage I would ever purchase again in the future…..unless the flavor greatly changed.

They are pretty strong at 7% and have a wayyy stronger flavor than the original claws!! I like the more colorful cans & the different flavors. My favorite flavor was the Strawberry Cosmo! The Mango Margarita tasted like a real marg, down to the salty flavor!! I was excited to have been given these in exchange for a review! I personally wouldn’t buy these again, as I am an OG Claw girl!!

If you have more than a couple, it can start veering into tummy ache territory — at least it did for me. That said, they’re 7% ABV, so you definitely feel them quickly. The buzz kicks in fast, which can be fun, but again… sweet overload. They honestly remind me of something I would’ve loved in my early 20s — fun, fruity, and ready to party. Now, I’m just a little more aware of what I’m drinking and wish the sugar content (and nutrition facts in general) were clearly listed on the box. I had to dig around online to learn that each can is about 150 calories. Favorites ranked: 1. Mango Margarita – the best of the bunch 2. Tropical Mai Tai – solid, fruity 3. Strawberry Cosmo – fine, but a little artificial 4. Blackberry Margarita – my least favorite, a bit too syrupy Fun for a beach day or a throwback girls’ night, but probably not something I’d stock regularly. Overall good value for money.

I love the colors especially since the regular one come in regular white packaging. Effectiveness is great! Better than most brands, the only reason i gave 4 stars is because it does leave a after taste in your mouth. The tropical one is my favorite.

To be fair, I'm less of a cocktail person and more of a vodka seltzer or beer fan myself. If all the flavors I liked the Cosmo one the best. Overall I found these to be just a little too sweet, but maybe that's a good thing so you don't drink too many 7% drinks too quickly. They're not too fizzy, which is nice. All in all, not sure I'd buy these again.
