Took longer than I thought. When I inserted the software CD into desktop, it immediately went into an update mode. Took about 60-min! Fault could be my ISP! No comment on actual operation. Have to install on two laptops now.

So far the scan feature will not work correctly. Scanning from the printer is nothing but trouble. Currently I am reinstalling the printer for the third time.

I bought this printer about a few months ago it's awesome. It's small light weight prints great and the levels of my ink has gone down very little since I owned it it's going to save me a lot of money in refills.

I love this printer. Not to big, no more ink cartridges!!!!, wifi printing, can print from my computer and iPad. The only thing I would add is wifi faxing as cords are such a hassel and plugs never where printer is!

I bought this a week ago and am having a terrible time setting up the scanning feature. Documentation is awful. The whole apparatus seems to be more Windows-friendly than MAC.

Just bought the Epson, a well made machine and so easy to setup. Engineering is superior to the "other guys". Looking forward to many years of trouble free printing.

DVD did not work, Still cant get it to scan to computer. It keeps referring me to misc sites for the right software. Should not be this problematic.

changing paper size is the worst...buried way deep in a non-intuitive series of dropdowns... Avoid at all costs if you ever / frequently change paper sizes...

Just bought it, getting used to it.
