I wanted to get away from the HP monopoly on print inks. This is a great printer however - the software is not there. I installed several times but never got any type of program to run it. I am using the printer window and commands from the printer.

I have just hooked it up and only printed a few pages but leaps and bounds ahead of the HP that could not get fresh ink for, hope this is a long term relationship, so far I am extremely pleased

I've been using my ET-3750 for the past 18 months. I've only used 1/4 of the ink. By now I would be on my third or fourth set of ink cartridges for my old HP.

Had this printer about 6 weeks now, very happy. Was easy to set up, filling ink tanks was very simple, and quality is awesome. Have had absolutely no problems. Very convenient to be able to print directly from my phone. Yes i would recommend.

I bought this to replace my ET-4550 series. I was disappointed to find that it will not receive incoming faxed documents sent over a phone line. There isn't anywhere to plug the phone line into on the printer. Disappointing to say the least.

Had it for several weeks and works great so far. Want to see how far the ink tank will go. Until then, I'll hold on to one star. Print quality good for what I need. Can't comment on photo printing since I don't need a feature like that.Premier

I just bought it and set it up today including wireless. Really straight forward. Used the online software download. the first test page was perfect. I hope to have a decent printer now. No more HP!

I have only had this printer for a couple of months but so far so very good. Setup was simple.Prints, scans and copies easily. My only complaint is why would you have to press 3 buttons in a sequence to turn it off?

My husband and I couldn't be happier with this printer. It is fast and the picture quality is great. Once you get used to using the arrows instead of a touch screen it is a breeze, don't mind it at all. Hope to have it for many years!

We have had our printer for about a month now and really love its features. We bought it for the savings on ink and are finding we love the features like double sided printing and the large container for paper very much. It is worth the investment!
