yes, the new original is not the same as the old version. But, I actually really like the way it smells. I like the old version too. But the new one smells clean to me and I really like it. Plus, it does still disinfect if used properly. I love all the Pine-sol versions! They all smell great! Lemon is the only one I don't purchase. I have all the current scents in my Arsenal right now, except lemon and mandarin.

I've been using it for years and got the tradition from my grandmother who used it in her home. But I was disappointed after trying the new formula. It is more sudsy and the scent is fake. I visited the website hoping to find a way to purchase the original formula Pine-Sol but it looks like it is gone.

I don't care for the new original scent of PineSol. The old scent is so much cleaner and reminds me more of the outdoors. Everytime I see a PineSol bottle in a store, I have to open it up hoping to smell that old familiar PineSol! Bring back the ORIGINAL scent!!

I don't like the new scent of the pine-sol if I wanted a different scent I would have used one of the other scents that you have, but I don't because I love how my house smells after I clean with the original scent. Please Please bring the original pine-sol back.

Why did you change the "original scent"? And why would you change the original scent and still call it "original"? I actually thought I had bought a bottle that was damaged--that's how bad the smell is. I honestly can't get it out of my house soon enough. All the windows are open, and it's 10 degrees outside. That's how much I want that smell out of my house. The smell is horribly floral and smells nothing like pine. Why?

I miss the original smell. After years of using the original and switching to the new scent... It's not the same great smell. The new smell does not smell as good. When I wanted something different, I always switched to lemon or lavender! I hope you bring back the original scent. I really miss the smell! I hope you can bring back the original scent which is an old favorite of mine!

The new pinesol is good, but I miss the old one. I clean everything with Pine sol. I recently visited a family members house and while cleaning, I found a bottle of the Orignal scent Pine sol. It was amazing. I hope that they bring back the original soon...

The new scent is nothing like the original even though the label says original. This is a terrible idea. It would have been better to have a pine-sol "shortage" than trying to pass off whatever this is. The new/original isn't even the same consistency. I poured some in the sink water and I thought, something isn't right with this. So I googled it. I knew something was up. I'm going to try to get my money back. The original reminded me of my first house. When I was 20 and broke, I bought it. Now I'm 30 and not so broke and I still would buy it-if it was the same. I'm actually depressed over this. I know the old stuff is going to be sold online. But I want to be able to run to the store and buy it and not pay shipping or wait a week to get it.

The orginal Pine-Sol smelled great the white water let me know it was working. When I was finished with my house I knew it was clean by the fresh pine smell. Bring back the orginal Pine-Sol and hopefully you will put it in stores not just for on-line purchases. Thanks you Pine-Sol team. From a greatful customer

Please bring back the original scent of the original pine sol. I love the fresh, clean, and strong scent of pine throughout my home. It reminds me of my childhood and signifies the smell of true cleanliness. Although the enhancement made to the original smells nice and sweet, it's not the same. Perhaps it might have been better to add that as a new addition to the Pine Sol family rather than replace the "original scent". Keep the original scented pine sol and the "new enhancement" as a lighter scent.
