this one was not one of my favorites, but not because of the taste just because it’s fat-free and just like the other ones it’s also more expensive than regular milk. The packaging is easy to use and the ingredients are healthy. The textures like normal milk and it taste like normal milk.

This milk changed our lives, no exaggeration! My son and I have tried so many different milks and this is the only one that doesn't upset our stomachs. It's so good that even my husband and other son are now drinking it! The only complaint is that it's hard to get. Stores don't always keep it stocked, so when we find it we buy 4 at a time!

For years I avoided all milk products because I am lactose intolerant. Now I can readily enjoy milk and the health benefits of Lactaid! My family also enjoys your milk products and we will also try the Ice Cream, I just learned is available!!!! Thanks for creating this wonderful product!

I enjoy drinking this milk since it is fat-free and does not bother my stomach at all! I am lactose intolerant, so I don’t miss regular milk at all because this milk is delicious and I use it for smoothies, but more for coffee. I love Café con Leche, so using Lactaid makes my life better. My whole family enjoys it, but my little one loves it as well! 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

I really like Lactaid milk , the 2% tastes just as good as the whole one does. I had to switch to this for my Family because we found it’s more sensitive to our needs and our gut. You always want the best for the well being of you and your family and this milk is just that … the best 😊

I absolutely love this milk brand, it does really taste like actual milk. I can’t tell the difference, and I had lactose problems back then, so this brand really helped me with that. I highly recommend this product to those with lactose intolerance, although it is a little on the pricy side.

I am lactose intolerant and this is the milk I drink , it taste the same as reg milk. Has all the nutrients that you need in it. I use it the same way I would use reg milk. I bake with it cook with it.my 7 year old grandson drinks it as well and loves ❤️ it. I recommend this product.

I bought my first half gallon last week, trying to determine if I am lactose intolerant. I poured my first glass last night and was immediately struck by how sweet it was...disgustingly sweet! I switched to plant based milks a year ago and only drinking the unsweetened types, so the sweetness was rather shocking. I asked my husband to try it and he agreed that something was definitely wrong with it. I threw the glass away. Later that night, I noticed that my heart rate was racing for no reason. I'm a fitness oriented person and I wear a Garmin Fenix watch at all times. My resting HR is usually in the low 60's, last night within an hour of drinking the milk, it was 120-130bpm while I was sitting on the couch. Not sure if it's related, but it was frightening! 24 hours later as I sit and write this, it's still 20 points higher at 82bpm. I decided to open another brand of lactose free milk that I bought the day as the Lactaid. It tasted completely "normal", just like the regular nonfat milk that I used to drink. I'll be throwing away both half gallons of the Lactaid brand... For reference, the Lot date and number are MAR 11 21 10:07 HG3 L2 06-01

Same taste as regular milk without the icky side effects if you are lactose intolerant. I use it in my cereal and I love it. Nothing really needs to improve about this product. A little pricier than regular milk but worth it. I regularly buy this product.

My Gastroenterologist recommended LACTAID milk and I kept putting it off and suffering with emmense pain. I finally got tired of being in pain and since I had alot of wieght to lose I bought the fat free LACTAID milk . It's the best change I've made in my life. I'm losing wieght and have been pain free ever since I started. I will be drinking LACTAID milk for the rest of my life.
