As someone who has struggled with lactose intolerance their whole life this product is worth the extra price. It tastes just like real milk and comes without the roll regular milk can take on my body. Would highly advise for anyone looking to avoid real milk.

Love lactaid skim milk! When I was younger i was lactose intolerant and grew out of it. I am now 21 and still drink lactaid skim milk even though I am no longer lactose intolerant! I am a fitness and health freak and this fits perfectly into my daily diet This will always be a staple! :)

I wish I had found LACTAID Fat Free Milk sooner. I love this product. It tastes better than any other milk including regular, 2%, 1% & fat free. Another thing I like is it stays fresh longer than other milk & has almost twice as much calcium in each glass than orange juice & other milk.

I bought my first half gallon last week, trying to determine if I am lactose intolerant. I poured my first glass last night and was immediately struck by how sweet it was...disgustingly sweet! I switched to plant based milks a year ago and only drinking the unsweetened types, so the sweetness was rather shocking. I asked my husband to try it and he agreed that something was definitely wrong with it. I threw the glass away. Later that night, I noticed that my heart rate was racing for no reason. I'm a fitness oriented person and I wear a Garmin Fenix watch at all times. My resting HR is usually in the low 60's, last night within an hour of drinking the milk, it was 120-130bpm while I was sitting on the couch. Not sure if it's related, but it was frightening! 24 hours later as I sit and write this, it's still 20 points higher at 82bpm. I decided to open another brand of lactose free milk that I bought the day as the Lactaid. It tasted completely "normal", just like the regular nonfat milk that I used to drink. I'll be throwing away both half gallons of the Lactaid brand... For reference, the Lot date and number are MAR 11 21 10:07 HG3 L2 06-01

I love that this product gives me the taste if real milk without all the side effects. I drink the fat free milk 90% of the but when not available I have purchased a few of the others. No issues physically and again great taste. Lactaid is good for, 1. Cooking 2. Dunking 3. Drinking (cold & hot) 4. Cereal

Lactaid products have been a very important/essential part of my and my husband's life since they became avail. Each of us have had lactose intolerance issues since the 1960's. Thank heavens for Lactaid. Many embarrassing and uncomfortable situations are now a thing of the past. Your products are recommended by us to friends, family, and associates. And, as a Registered Dietitian, I always recommend Lactaid to clients who are experiencing lactose intolerance.

This milk is good for those who are in need of lactose-free food and beverage. It is not as flavorful as regular milk, but it does the job and is great if you aren't drinking it by itself. I have continued to purchase because it keeps my stomach from getting upset.

I've been drinking or using this product for many years and would not think of buying any other kind of milk. Milk with lactose can create stomach cramps and gas--who wants that? The taste of Lactaid is just like regular milk, only better. I appreciate this product and brand and will continue to buy it often!

I am lactose intolerant and this is the milk I drink , it taste the same as reg milk. Has all the nutrients that you need in it. I use it the same way I would use reg milk. I bake with it cook with it.my 7 year old grandson drinks it as well and loves ❤️ it. I recommend this product.

I'm the only one in my house who drink this milk do to my intolerance to lactose... my favorite milk!!, price is not extremely high, I'm not saying is cheap either but if you are like me, you don't have so many options ..lol.. taste good texture is good too...
