Light, smooth and tastes delicious. I am lactose I tolerant and it’s the only kind of milk I can drink without an upset stomach. This goes well in your cereal, oatmeal, coffee and any baking. I add a bit to my eggs before beating to make scrambled eggs and it gives them airy and fluffy. Worth every penny.

My family has always stayed away from milk, it caused heartburn, stomach pains and overall discomfort. Since changing to Lactaid Fat Free Milk we all now enjoy our foods cooked or used with milk. We simply love it and we are so glad someone finally took the lactose out. We love the longer shelf life and we buy 2 gallons at a time for a 2 week use with four users. It always taste fresh pure down to the last drop.

I bought my first half gallon last week, trying to determine if I am lactose intolerant. I poured my first glass last night and was immediately struck by how sweet it was...disgustingly sweet! I switched to plant based milks a year ago and only drinking the unsweetened types, so the sweetness was rather shocking. I asked my husband to try it and he agreed that something was definitely wrong with it. I threw the glass away. Later that night, I noticed that my heart rate was racing for no reason. I'm a fitness oriented person and I wear a Garmin Fenix watch at all times. My resting HR is usually in the low 60's, last night within an hour of drinking the milk, it was 120-130bpm while I was sitting on the couch. Not sure if it's related, but it was frightening! 24 hours later as I sit and write this, it's still 20 points higher at 82bpm. I decided to open another brand of lactose free milk that I bought the day as the Lactaid. It tasted completely "normal", just like the regular nonfat milk that I used to drink. I'll be throwing away both half gallons of the Lactaid brand... For reference, the Lot date and number are MAR 11 21 10:07 HG3 L2 06-01

I am lactose sensitive and though I can typically tolerate small amounts of regular milk, I prefer lactaid because it has a much longer shelf life. I dont drink a lot of milk and this ensures I dont get a stomach ache and the milk stays good for quite a while. I cant tell the difference between this and regular milk

Taste- tastes extremely rich and creamy Packaging- packaging stands out so you really see the product Nutritional Value- contains a lot of same nutrients as most dairy products do, but without certain ingredients which is why it's lactaid Freshness- very refreshing

We have been drinking Lactaid Fat Free Milk for years as we are sensitive to dairy. It tastes great and we love how long the gallon of milk lasts. The packaging is so durable and easy to store in our fridge. The price point is also excellent for it being a lactose free product with such a long shelf life.

When I first found out that I was lactose intolerant it was hard in a way. This due to the majority of my meals containing dairy. Which I loved milk so finding dairy free milk was tricky. However, once I tried Lactaid’s milk I knew I would enjoy trying out new dairy free products! 

Taste like regular milk! The purple bottle is basically skim milk, but i’m surprised in how there is no difference between lactose and this milk. It is more expensive, but not a crazy amount. I would definitely recommend to people who are lactose intolerant

Great product but the 96 oz jug has one major issue. The seal under the cap is very difficult to remove in some instances. Because of this, part of the seal rips apart leaving remaining pieces that are very difficult to completely remove. If any small pieces of the seal goes into the container during removal it may be swallowed and can cause a health issue since the seal seams like a metallic material. Please redesign the seal ASAP. There is no reason why it should be this hard to remove. Thanks :)

First of all, I’m not a milk person. But I got pregnant and I had to drink a lot of milk. I’ve tried all kind of regular milk and I found out I couldn’t drink lactose products. i really love the taste of this Lactaid fat-free milk. It’s not too sweet which is good for my pregnancy. I get use to the taste and now even I have baby, I’m still drinking this milk like my must have for everyday. Would highly recommend it
