My family drink this milk every morning! I love it taste, It is delicious and not too sweet 👍 My son loves it too !He drink it 3 times on day 😆. I like Lactaid brand because it's product are very good for the digestive system and provide nutrients ❤️❤️

This milk changed our lives, no exaggeration! My son and I have tried so many different milks and this is the only one that doesn't upset our stomachs. It's so good that even my husband and other son are now drinking it! The only complaint is that it's hard to get. Stores don't always keep it stocked, so when we find it we buy 4 at a time!

I'm the only one in my house who drink this milk do to my intolerance to lactose... my favorite milk!!, price is not extremely high, I'm not saying is cheap either but if you are like me, you don't have so many options ..lol.. taste good texture is good too...

For years and years, before my wife and I started drinking Lactaid 100% Fat-Free Milk, we had major issues tolerating or digesting regular milk. Now, thanks to this Lactaid milk product, we live comfortably and enjoy our lives drinking milk. It not only ended our uncomfortable and embarassing moments, but also helped us a great deal with food digestion. It is rich in flavor and the most important thing at our age is calcium in abundance. Even our teenage grandson enjoys it! Way to go Lactose 100% Fat-Free Milk!

This is the closest milk substitute I can find that tastes like real milk! Even my boyfriend will drink it and he’s not lactose intolerant. I can usually use any type of milk substitute in my cereal but sometimes you just want a class of cold milk and this is the only thing I’ve found that comes close to the real thing

I have been using Lactaid Fat Free for over 20 years. I’m not lactose intolerant but just prefer the taste of Lactaid Fat Free to that of regular skim milk. Lactaid fat free has a richer taste than regular milk. I also love being able to purchase a month’s worth of milk at one time. That’s because all vaireties of Lactaid milk have long expiration dating. It enables me to have an unopened bottle waiting for me when I come back from vacation. Lactaid Fat Free Milk, as well as other Lactaid products are the greatest.

I bought my first half gallon last week, trying to determine if I am lactose intolerant. I poured my first glass last night and was immediately struck by how sweet it was...disgustingly sweet! I switched to plant based milks a year ago and only drinking the unsweetened types, so the sweetness was rather shocking. I asked my husband to try it and he agreed that something was definitely wrong with it. I threw the glass away. Later that night, I noticed that my heart rate was racing for no reason. I'm a fitness oriented person and I wear a Garmin Fenix watch at all times. My resting HR is usually in the low 60's, last night within an hour of drinking the milk, it was 120-130bpm while I was sitting on the couch. Not sure if it's related, but it was frightening! 24 hours later as I sit and write this, it's still 20 points higher at 82bpm. I decided to open another brand of lactose free milk that I bought the day as the Lactaid. It tasted completely "normal", just like the regular nonfat milk that I used to drink. I'll be throwing away both half gallons of the Lactaid brand... For reference, the Lot date and number are MAR 11 21 10:07 HG3 L2 06-01

I am lactose sensitive and though I can typically tolerate small amounts of regular milk, I prefer lactaid because it has a much longer shelf life. I dont drink a lot of milk and this ensures I dont get a stomach ache and the milk stays good for quite a while. I cant tell the difference between this and regular milk
