It cools a small bedroom well. However, there is no temp control so it runs constantly.

Pleased to say the reviews were right, they are so strong for only being 5,000 BTU units and our living room unit has cooled our living room and the hall. Definitely prefer the manual dials over electronic buttons, since we've had issues with “high tech” unit in the past. 10/10 recommended product.

A/c knob has 7 levels. When I set it to 7, I wake up cold! When I set it to 6, or any lower number, it only blows warm fan air and I wake up hot!

Works okay when thermostat is turned all the way up only. Not the coldest air-conditioned i have owned.

Best one for the price. I live in California where the temps this summer were 114 and we definitely needed one. It cools a small room within minutes and fits my small windows.

Walmart 2 day shipping is a joke! The product itself was good, but I got the item over 1 weeks later. Item itself has been on 24/7 running perfectly for about 1 month now.

These are the only AC units that fit the windows in my house. I have 3. I have HVAC, but it doesn't work very well. This one was for a bedroom. The first one lasted 3y. It's a unit that's been excessively used. The other 2 are holding up.

This unit is dripfree which should make it more efficient, but also makes it great because it doesn't drip on my house when installed in a second story window. excellent price also.

We bought one, liked it very much and ordered two more. They keep the bedrooms sweet and cool without costing a fortune. It feels like an early spring day even in the middle of July.
