[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first received this unit, I thought that I had made the wrong purchase because I thought I might have bought too small of a air conditioner for the building that I put it in, because I put it in a 12 x 24 building that I use as a workshop But the building is insulated very well , but the air conditioner has worked extremely well and kept the building Plenty cool even in the hottest weather. .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Even with central air my bedroom becomes very warm and stuffy at night unless it is very warm outside. This gem of a unit is perfect! It cools my bedroom effortlessly keeping it deliciously cool and keeping the humidity away. It is amazingly quiet, I've owned more expensive units that were not nearly as quiet as this one is. It also makes my breathing easier at night, as I have COPD and the humid summer weather irritates the condition. I highly recommend this air conditioner!

I am well pleased with the $109.00 Window Air Conditioning unit I purchased on line. It has well exceeded my expectations. It is more than sufficient for the area in which I purchased it for. It is quite, easy to use and was very easy to put together and install. The cost to run it has been negligible. I highly recommend this unit for any small room in a home or office.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought two of these units to keep my first level cool through this recent heat wave. I have one on each end room, providing a level cool. I took off one star, because this model doesn't have a drain hole. I was instructed by customer service, I have to tilt unit outside to drain. Other than that, they are a good bang for the buck. Not too loud either.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] HI, bought for a college apartment bedroom, installed later in summer, seems good so far. needs a plug near by, should not use on extension cord. Simple to install but need to follow directions; may need a piece of wood to support part of the window. If you want to store in in the box over the window, do not open the box the way they say to! So far happy but it wasn't too hot .

I live in the deep south and have chronic health issues that make me at risk in the heat. This ac unit has been awesome at keeping the small bedroom cool. The temperature on a 84 degree day was reaching likely close to 100 in here and now it's pretty comfy. It's not any louder than running fans on high and works great so far! I'm glad I paid extra for a reliable brand rather than to risk it on a cheaper generic ac in store.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Low cost window unit fits very small windows. Low power usage yet cools extremely well. In fact, I can't use the lower two cooling settings as they make my room too cold! No frills or extras, just does it's job.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that it is lightweight and easy to move. My only dislike is that the controls are hard to see in low light so when I get up to adjust it at night I have accidentally switched it to fan setting.
