Not Impressed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not as cold as we hoped. We bought it to cool down our bedroom & the frigid air is lackluster. Also make a loud, vibrating sound (louder than the normal AC noise) as if it is really trying hard to cool down the area.

It does the job!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used this for more than a month as my centralized AC went down and could not get it fixed right away. It was the perfect size for my room. Was easy to install in my window and not too heavy to carry as I had to do the installation by myself. It cooled the room pretty quick. My only problem is the noise it emits but I guess that's expected for these kind of ACs. But I got used to the rhythm of the noise and would sleep through the night. This is a good brand and it does the job! Would purchase the same thing if I need another one.
