These are terrible. The water pressure doesn't work on these. Machine stops and you have to peel off foil( very hot) and try to scrap out chocolate. Two out of a box of 18 worked correctly. I wish I could get $ back or credit for coffee.

I do not drink coffee and was pleased to find Swiss Miss available for the K-cup. The other Hot Cocoas are fine, but I think this is a cut above the rest. I usually have a cup on a cold morning.

we have a keurig at our camper and the kids love making their own hot chocolate! and each adult can have coffee without all drinking same thing.....example i like french vanilla and some like decaf. i do not know how i lived without this.

I found it too watery. I am used to preparing hot cocoa with milk, not water, and now I remember why. The taste was not bad, but it was just too watery. I did not like it.

I like to brew a cup of cocoa, sit back, watch tv, and just really enjoy a cup of hot cocoa, especially in the chill of the evening, but I enjoy it most anytime Fantastic aroma, delicious & creamy flavor

A bit expensive when compared to using a packet but it is easy to make. Could be a bit more chocolatety but still delicious. Our kids love this since it is so easy to make.

Minimal chocolate taste. I immediately tasted the artificial sweetener aftertaste, not indicated on the box anywhere except in the ingredients "Sucralose". Not good. Would not recommend.
