This is pretty good stuff. I also like to add whipped cream to it, if I have it in the house. I absolutely love the taste. I have to really laugh when I read some of the feedback cons, these people need to get a life or try to make their own, or buy the Keurig B70 which has 5 settings. all they do is complain about everything..

These K-cups taste just like the packets. I do perfer to have my hot chocolate on the stronger richer side. I am disappointed that they are only good on the medium setting (out of 3 settings). Watery on the large setting. I will stick to buying my hot chocolate in a container that I can mix my own.

I didn't read the instructions, so used 12 oz water, so of course, no flavor. I had some Hot Chocolate powder and spooned some in. Did the trick. This time, used 10oz water, same thing. Next time will try advice from other reviewers, use 8 oz water, plus shake the pod before using. I do love the flavor, no aftertaste, so I'm happy!

I just received my first keurig machine for my birthday. I love hot chocolate, so my first purchase for my new keurig was the Swiss Miss hit chocolate K-Cups. I can not even put into words my disappointment! I barely got any chocolate out of them, so it was like drink hot water! There were huge chunks of chocolate that didn't flavor it. I checked the expiration date TWICE and it was fine. I was talking to my friends about this the other day it and it happened to them as well! They will not be buying it again and I may not either if this isn't correct. Although, this is my favorite brand. So again, I am so disappointed and the main reason I got this as a gift is because I love hot chocolate, and as I am disabled, it is so much easier to make hot chocolate with a keurig, than to stand there and make it yourself! I really hope somebody makes this right!

There are brewing instructions on the side of box. You MUST use the smallest cup size for the most flavor, otherwise WILL BE WATERY. Personally, I think the Swiss Miss K-cups are fine, but some might prefer more chocolate flavor. However, you could always drizzle a little chocolate syrup in and you'll be good to go! Overall, they taste the same as the packets. Not bad, not mind blowing. Good enough for the moment.

I bought a few items from keurig and swiss chocolate was one of them, I am having issues every time I placed a cup in the machine, it doesn't filter well and it keeps showing this message that is an error please remove cup. I remove it and place it back in then it does it again. Anyone else with this issue? Coffee works great!!!

My husband likes hot chocolate and I do once in a while. The flavor is quite good - creamy and chocolatey and convenience wonderful, but I am not entirely comfortable ingesting artificial sweeteners (Sucralose)and it does leave a little after taste. If you have a sensitivity to artificial sweeteners, then this is something to keep in mind. I think the flavor would be even better without the artificial sweetener.

I received a sample of this with my new brewer and I'm glad I didn't purchase it. The flavor was absolutely terrible-like sweetened chemicals with a hint of chocolate. If I want hot cocoa, I will just buy regular mix and run hot water thru the brewer without a pod.

Robot put me on hold. Was listening to air sound for 28 minutes then hung up. Wanted to ask if the Swiss Miss Milk Chocolate hot cocoa mix was 99% caffeine free, but they can't answer the phone. Very annoying. I have lots of Keurig products but will consider not purchasing this one again due to no answers.

I got given a ton of the k-pods and some of them happened to be the Hot Cocoa ones. I didn't have super high hopes since it was just a quick alternative but HOLY COW. SO GOOD. I will craving this regularly from here on out. I added an extra spoonful of the powder hot cocoa and a splash of white chocolate syrup to mine to top it off. So good!
