Smooth and rich

Great flavor as long as you keep it less than 10oz servings, almost as good as the packets you get in the box at the store. If you choose 12oz it gets a little weak in taste

My husband knew immediately

My husband drinks hot chocolate every day, sometimes 2-3 times. We've always used the powder or the pouches. I bought 3 boxes of the K-Cups recently and the very first cup I gave him that was made with a K-Cup he said "what's wrong with this, it tastes like plastic". I'm sorry to bring a bad review. Stuck with 3 boxes now :(

    Who doesn't love a cup of hot chocolate!

    I bought this mainly for my boys and granddaughter and they love it!! Make them feel like a part of the morning coffee crew!

    Big disappointment.

    I love Swiss Miss cocoa. So, I was very disappointed in the watery, flavorless Swiss Miss K-cups. I will never buy them again.

    Sucralose in the K-Cup version :(

    Artificial Sweetener found in the K-cups version. For our kids, we'll get the packets. A little extra work, but healthier in our opinion.

    Not the Best Hot Cocoa

    It's O.K. but that's it. It's kind of watery. I have to put flavored creamer in it for it to taste better.
