More chocolate use real sweetener (no sucralose) its bad too watery fix these it would be a lot better. Sad this was the best rated hot chocolate. Can't imagine trying the other ones. Please come out with a real one.

I ordered Swiss Miss hot chocolate pods for my girlfriend. She is very happy with them. We have enjoyed more coffee, and tea in the last month and a half due to the convenience and no mess Keurig coffee maker! We love it!

Read most of the reviews, gave this a try, Love the taste. Swiss Miss is great. Tastes awesome, I have no bad comments about this item. As for reviews saying it is bad for you, well I don't drink Hot Chocolate for my health.. LOL

I hope that Swiss Miss can come up with a hot cocoa that has actual sugar... not artificial and not even the Stevia kind. Just Plain sugar! What's wrong with that?

I have tried the milk chocolate and dark chocolate and found both to have a chemical flavor. NOT SWISS MISS THOUGH! This is the best one I've found. To add a little extra flavor try a splash of Rum Chata! Oh my is it good.

I see a lot of bad reviews about this product being watery with no flavor. Please read the box for instructions on cup size settings. For best results use the 8oz setting on your Keurig.

I couldn't believe how good this milk chocolate cocoa was. I came back to order more and they are out of it.......I understand why as it's delicious.

I've tried other hot cocoa K-cups but Swiss Miss is my favorite. With hot water alone it does taste a little thin so I add a generous dash of half & half to give it a creanier taste.

Every client that's tried to use these gets an error message on the Keurig screen that states something about the 'water under pressure'. We now have to open these and add them to hot water as they never work in the machine.

I don't like the fact that this site now only offers me options to buy the 24ct beverage packs. I don't always want this much. I am discouraged from ordering because of this.
