Tastes just as good as the old fashioned way, only quicker. Very precise, same perfect flavor each time.

The box was filled with powder all over. The taste of it is not the greatest compared to the packets.

Loved the taste, but didn't like having to run clear water thru after each use. Other than that, I give it a thumbs up!

Dark hot chocolate is a step above the too sweet milk chocolate brands. I find it refreshing and enjoy having it this time of year.

Not quite sure why but, pod made a mess! Dripped all over the place. Produced a drink with gritty grounds in it.
