Amazing hot chocolate, definitely one of my favorite K-cups. Use 6 ounces of water like it recommends.

With the name of Swiss Miss, you have quality product. I grew up on Swiss Miss milk chocolate hot cocoa mix. Taste just like I remembered it.

This is a really good tasting hot cocoa. I use it at home and work, and I buy boxes of it for my friends.

Too watered down. I had to add a package of hot chocolate to the cup and brew the kcup over that just to make it drinkable.

This does not taste milky. This is watery even if I put creamer in it. I've tried mixing soy, oat, almond milk with it and everything. Not a huge fan
