So the first time a freind and I made this we noticed it was kind of watery and not enough flavor. HOWEVER, if you do the 6 cup instead of 8 cups it is really good, and you can really taste the flavor.

My family was used to me making the powder kind, but when I switched up and tried this one they were like this is horrible no chocolate taste just watery and a after taste. BACK TO THE POWDER!!!

Purchased a 22 pod box. I love Swiss Miss hot chocolate. However this box has a very strong metal taste. So disappointed. Seeing some reviews of others who taste the same thing.

Absolutely delicious. My friends love it. Only problem is that I can't get it. All the stores in our area are out of it. Such a shame. But I will keep on trying.

The k-cups are just like the packets. I love how I don't have to stir the flavor in now. I brew a small cup and add a dash of milk and I am in heaven. I use the k-cups to help with my asthma attacks since I do not like coffee.

The Swiss Miss packets are better than this! I was really disappointed with this one. Better value, less flavor, no thanks! Besides it's being grainy and chalky, it really gummed up my brewer!

Great tasting hot chocolate, just like Mom used to make. I loved the flavor and quality but the price is just too much. I'll stick with buying my hot chocolate in the packets and my coffee in k-cups.

After brewing as intended, scrape the cup to get the remainder of the chocolate out and stir it into the hot water, then you will have a nice cup of hot chocolate. Not really a good way to make hot chocolate.

I've tried a lot of brands and this is by far the best. I've been buying it at the market since you didn't carry it. Your price is much better! If you like it very chocolaty, make in a small cup. I also add whipped cream/marshmallows.

My kids love this and think its sooo cool. We added our own marshmallows and it was perfect. Only made small cups. Also remember to shake b4 use and run a water cycle after. Oh and purchased this product at [@] *on sale*
