Why must everyone put artificial sweeteners in everything? All K-Cup hot chocolate, chai tea, apple cidar, etc. have some sweetener. Read up on the cons of them and maybe it won't sound so fine and dandy to give to your children

I had high hopes for this product after reading the reviews of this flavor compared to the other hot chocolate flavors. There is a chemical after taste which was not resolved after changing the water and cleaning the machine.

I brewed this hot chocolate on a smallest size cup selection. It wasn't worth taking another sip after the first because it was watery, lacked body, and had a weird taste.

I've tried all of the other K-Cup Hot Chocolates, and this one is so much better than the rest. The aroma and flavor are outstanding. I just ordered 3 more boxes.

I like the swiss packets better than this. This doesn't taste chocolatey enough. Even if I set it to give me 4 cups. A bit disappointed by this. I wont buy this brand again in the pods. I will try something else.

I love using my keurig and I also love hot chocolate in the winter so when I saw these on the shelf it was a match made in heaven. It comes out just as good as if you boil the water and mix it yourself!

These are always on stock in my house! My kids love hot chocolate!!! I have a little hot chocolate bar at my house and these are so convenient and so easy for my young kids to make a cup themselves

These are great hot cocoa kcups. We add flavored coffee creamer to it to make it creamier. Sometimes we'll add Kahlua, Bailey's, or Rumchata to it on a cold winter night.

This goes perfect with milk or water how ever you like to drink it. Love how there options to buy sugar free chocolate. And goes perfect with marshmallows

I don't prefer pods that are powder based due to the likelihood of it producing “watered down” drinks that do not bring enough flavor to the cup. A lot of times there is not enough powder per water ratio, even on the directed setting as instructed.
