got for christmas and use it daily for coffee and hot cocoa couple times a week. it eliminates the mess of the coffee grounds in the garbage. and im not throwing a half a pot of coffee away. i can buy at local store cheaper than on line.

Every time I use these cups, it clogs my Keurig and does not brew. I have to take the cup out, brew plain water and then brew the k-cup again before it will work.

I love my Keurig, and leave it on constantly, so in the afternoon after Ive had my coffee and still want something hot to drink I wanted a good hot cocoa, but this is not the one for that. I wouldnt order this again, or recommend this to anybody

Tastes nothing like hot chocolate. You are better off getting the powder kind and mixing it yourself. Keurig hasn't come out with a hot chocolate that is good yet. They all lack the chocolatey taste that makes hot chocolate, hot chocolate.

I have tried this with and without pushing the hot chocolate button on my Keurig 450 if you don't push the button it's still ok, but when you do it is so much better, has a richness, creamy flavor to it. I really like this coooa

I really enjoy Swiss Miss and was so excited when it became a Kcup. I keep a few boxes on hand for my nieces and nephew. The enjoy it with a hint of vanilla creamer and mini marshmallows.

This is the best hot cocoa k-cup I've had. If you are looking for a classic cocoa taste with sweet, smooth chocolatety taste and smell, this is the cup for you. I love it and my kids love it...we'll be sticking with this variety.

It's not even very cold where I live in Southern California but I love hot chocolate. This is better than the grocery store brands that come in the little packets, even the Swiss Miss grocery store brand.

This is the best Hot Chocolate on the market. We've been able to get it locally and love it. All the other Hot Chocolates out there have Soy in them and you get this horrible after taste. Swiss Miss did a great job with this!

The Swiss Miss packets are better than this! I was really disappointed with this one. Better value, less flavor, no thanks! Besides it's being grainy and chalky, it really gummed up my brewer!
