Excellent for taco meat

Wagyu fat melts at a lower temperature and has a richer flavor. You want the fat. Also makes great chili.

Had good flavor but awful to make hamburgers out of. Fell apart, large grease fire, lots of Patty shrinkage. Won't buy again
