Yum! Yum! Yum! This is my go-to drink with pineapple juice or fruit punch. I enjoy the coconut flavor and the creaminess of this rum. I seriously cannot get enough of this during the summer months and cannot wait to continue to try all of the varieties.

I love cocktails with Malibu coconut rum. When I drink them, I'm in heaven. This is a soft spirit and some drink it neat. I, however, think the best way to drink it is with a mixer like Coca Cola, lemonade, and the best of all, simple pineapple juice. If you can juice it fresh, the taste is far more amazing. Drinking a lot of this rum will get you tipsy. Although only 21% proof, a lot less than other rums, Malibu is still alcoholic if not overpoweringly so.Malibu Coconut Rum

Malibu is my go to liquor.  I am mostly a beer drinker but if I want a basic drink I go to malibu.  I either mix with Diet Coke, Dr. Pepper or Orange Juice.  The coconut flavor gives you the feeling that you are some place tropical rather than in the snowy midwest :)

malibu rum is the most delicious drink ever. you do not need to even mix anything with this rum as it already has such an amazing coconut taste. it's not super strong so it's a great alcohol to drink casually or to make mixed drinks with. it's expensive, but worth it for the taste. amazing!

Tastes smooth when alone, but even better with pineapple juice and a splash of grenadine. Definitely a staple in my liquor cabinet. This rum is excellent and very well priced. There is a very strong coconut flavor. It is a great summer time drink with tonic and lime.

Want to add that extra to your rum cake or coconut cake. Add a 1/2 cup of this to your coconut cake for extra moistness.
