Ended up with this when the local store was stocked out of the Philly brand. The flavor is sour, sharply bitter, chemical-ly. Higher in carbs vs. Philly, so not great if you are making low-cab recipes. The texture is off as well with all the gums--It's gel-like instead of creamy. I ended up tossing it out.
