This is A LOT of cream cheese. The only complaint I have is it all comes in one bag. Unless you are using it all at once, it's hard to store and measure out. The bag has lines to measure 8oz sections, but it was a little too messy for me. Positive - tastes great and it's a good value!

i like to make cheesecakes in My instant pot. So I'll usually make 4 to 6 ar a time. This cream cheese freezes well. Tastes great and is a bargain

This is good cream cheese I make several homemade cheesecakes for company they get asked for a lot and so often I will use this when I am going to Sams, it is a good buy in bulk. not all items at sams is good for us in large amounts but this one is, it is creamy and softens nice, has good cheese flavor for lots of recipes we make.

Pricing was good. Better than the same number of pounds of the Philadelphia Cream Cheese, However, it was not stated that it was one huge block of cream cheese, and not divided up into 6 - 8 ounce packages like the Philly cream cheese. If I had known, I might have purchased the other brand, despite the cost difference.

Philadelphia in 5 different/separate pkgs is what I prefer.

This is so full of fillers that it is 3 times the carbs per oz (24 per block vs 8) than the name brand. The generic version of this used to be 2 times the carbs (16 vs 8) than the name brand but now it has more fillers in it. For diabetics and those on a low carb, ketogenic diet this is a big difference and it makes it difficult or impossible to use some recipes that call for 1-2 carb per oz vs 3. Also it doesn't last as long in the fridge as the individual packs. If you don't the entire package within two weeks of opening it also molds and gets nasty even in a container or vacuum sealed. Unlike the foil sealed small blocks, it's already wet and runny with fluid the first time you open it, it's really nasty looking and overly moist. I would never buy this again due to the carb count being so high (junk fillers) and it not lasting very long after opening. Bring back the Philly small blocks at 1/3 the carbs and better taste, better shelf life.

This is by far the worst Cream cheese we have ever used. We use over 500 lbs. of cream cheese a month, bought this in a pinch since we were getting some other supplies. Has a very sour taste to it and ruined $400 worth of product! Will NEVER purchase again.
