Works fine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This seems to be a good player. Obviously it is not at the high end of the LG line of players, but it does the job I need it to do and at a (IMHO) reasonable price.

Works Fine [BUT] where is user manual download??

none parts should have displayed to function/ oper

purchase black friday, 2019 the box wasn't complete the installation needs a cord hdmi cords was not in the box. hdmi and the part is need to operate and function of the player should be available.

FREEZE!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing freezes CONSTANTLY. Almost always have to unplug it to cut it off. And then tonight, it wont even connect with my wifi. The DVD seems to work fine, but the streaming is a complete mess.

Horrible, DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!

We purchased this about a month ago and have had nothing but issues. We bought this for the ability to stream Netflix and YouTube. Freezes constantly or won't connect to the internet at all. Will never purchase an LG product again.

Terrible..will not update

Disappointed

I bought this unit a month ago and find that it freezes most of the time when streaming. I have to unplug the unit just about every time I stream to reset unit. Playing a disk works fine.

Disappointed

DO NOT BUY FOR STREAMING! This player works great if you plan on only using it to play DVDs. The streaming is HORRIBLE. It skips, glitches, freezes etc. I have to unplug it and plug it back in constantly. Worst streaming device ever.
