I've been taking this for 1 month daily. I have lactose intolerance and was pleasantly surprised by how effective this has been on days I eat cheese! It's beyond effective in banishing the bloat. No side effects, other than some expected increased urination. It's a great supplement, like the other Olly products.

Two weeks in with this product and I'm absolutely impressed. Within 24 hours my tummy no longer looked like I was 6 months pregnant. What I love about this and all the Olly products, is that it has with no artificial flavors or colors. It doesn't have any weird aftertaste at all. Beat the Bloat helps with belly discomfort. I was very impressed with how quickly I felt relief. I don't feel as weighed down or feel like I'm retaining water. I've been using the product for about a week, so I could get a good idea of how it would work over time. I wasn't necessarily looking for a product that would help with bloating but I'm really glad I tried this one. Of course the package is fun and modern with bright colors that make me feel happy.

Hi I have stomach issues and a friend told me about this,so I went out and bought it.Well the value of the amount you get its more than I thought.The taste is just like a dummies has vegetables and fruits included in the gummies.
