I am very disappointed with the Michelin Defender 2.  The 4 tires are rated for 80,000 miles.  However, I am experiencing uneven wear (feathering) on al 4 tires at 12,000 miles.  I have documentation to prove I have been aligning my tires at Firestone since the tires were purchased new.  The shocks and struts are new on my vehicle.  However, I am experiencing noisy tires, and the roads feel bumpy all the time.

Poor Reliability

I've had these tires with other cars, and they continue to shine with this one. They make a noticeable difference in bad weather, giving better grip and control. They're still new with this car, but they've always lasted much longer than other tires when I've owned them in the past. My only complaint is that they seem to be louder in this car than I remember, but nothing bad enough to give up the other benefits.
