It reminded me in taste and texture of the ensure shakes I would drink as a kid, and while it doesn’t taste exactly like chocolate milk or a milkshake it is really good. I could only get through about half of it in one sitting because the 45 grams of protein is a bit heavy for me for one go, but I did finish and enjoy it and would probably buy more! I think it’s a really great way to get protein in and I was very impressed with it. It does have a thicker consistency than milk but less thick than a milkshake or smoothy, but it works well with the flavor and makes sense for how much protein is in it. Would recommend!

But this one I drank it like that so I can taste it authentically and it tasted good. 45g of protein is wild though cause I already eat so much so my stomach was on goooo (farting).

Also, the drink itself is smooth and tasty, no graininess and not TOO thick. I liked the one I was sent so much I’ve already ordered a case! Love it as a meal replacement or just an extra protein boost if I know I’m under my daily intake. I’ve already told everyone I know that they should try these.
