I tried this out in my slow cooker on a chuck roast on low for about 5 hrs. Added some potatoes and Accent and it was delicious!! Loved the flavor!! And this might be me but I'm pretty sure it made that roast more tender. Just amazing y'all should give this here Soy Sauce a whirl!!!

It adds a good classic Asian umami flavor whenever I used it. It's great for dipping as well but I particularly think this sauce is best for cooking/marinating with. The latest dish I cooked and used the soy sauce was for a Taiwanese chicken but with oyster mushroom dish. The mushroom was able to soak up the flavor of the soy sauce and add a lot of the classic umami flavor to a plain oyster mushroom.The bottle itself was big and is worth the price when I saw it in stores. I took off one star due to it being a pretty basic soy sauce but it's still good and the liking of the flavor will be based on each person's preference.

It has a very fluid texture, it's not thick so it's easy to pour directly from the bottle. It's conoatable priced in the store to other brands, so I would choose this again in the future.
