[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first time trying the Lee Kum Kee soy sauce and I was pleasantly surprised how great it is! I've used other Lee Kum Kee products in the past, big fan of their hoisin and oyster sauces. To be honest I've only ever bought kikkoman because that's what we've always had. When I tasted the Lee Kum Kee soy sauce against the Kikkoman, I instantly noticed how much more mellow and smooth the Lee Kum Kee brand was, while the Kikkoman was much more salty and pungent. I made a simple dish of beef with bell peppers and onions, using the soy sauce as the main ingredient for the marinade, and also the sauce. I was really happy with the outcome, the flavor profile of the Lee Kum Kee soy sauce is much more refined than the Kikkoman, and I can't wait to use it in more dishes! My only gripe is the flip-top lid. It has a built-in spout, and you have to close the lid just right getting the top part over the lip of the spout, otherwise it won't close properly (imagine if someone decided to shake the bottle!). It seems like every time I was fidgeting much more with it than I should. It's just a lid, it should flip open and closed easily and effortlessly! Hopefully they will tweak that design some, or maybe I just got a bad lid, I dunno.

I was always a kikoman user since it's what we see everywhere and it's cheap, but will definitely be upgrading for my next bottle. There's a lot more depth to the soy sauce besides just being salty. It came with a recipe for Korean Bulgogi Beef Bowl so I figured why not? It turned out great! I know I'll be making this again. I'm not sure of the price, but it is certainly well worth it. It makes the food taste pretty delicious!!

I tried this out in my slow cooker on a chuck roast on low for about 5 hrs. Added some potatoes and Accent and it was delicious!! Loved the flavor!! And this might be me but I'm pretty sure it made that roast more tender. Just amazing y'all should give this here Soy Sauce a whirl!!!

The bottle is nice and easy to handle. It's a very watery consistency. I personally would not cook with it because of the non natural ingredients.
