I wasn't sure how difficult it would be to install this product, but with the BILT app, and a little help from my son, it was a piece of cake. I finished it in two nights after work. The BILT app really made it simple, with the detailed instructions.

I have a model 2035 TKO. The box included a paper suggesting that I use the BILT app. But the 2035 TKO is not listed in the BILT app. Customer service suggested that I use the 2035 TKV. I think you folks can do better than that!

Great instructions, but I had to purchase more wire. There wasn't enough wire to complete the safely beams and the controller. Otherwise, I'd give a 10.

The on line instal directions were extremely helpful. Made the whole process very easy. The opener is very quiet and runs very smooth. Only issue was the remotes didn't come programmed

the 3D installation guide app for my Android was outstanding! The garage door opener itself operates exactly as you'd expect.
