I would recommend these to anyone looking to add something new to a breakfast meal. I accidently cut them up before cooking them with my eggs and I was afraid the filling would ooze out, but they were perfectly fine. I would buy them again.

Saw these in club and purchased to have on hand for breakfast. These are DELICIOUS. I'm hooked and now eat them everyday. They are so easy to cook, but taste best when done on the stovetop. Easily becoming one of my favorite breakfast sausages.

We purchased these as they sounded so good based upon the description. They had no taste/flavor and left a horrible taste in your mouth. I would definitely NOT recommend.

Love the flavor except for the level of spicy as it was too much for me (not a spicy person). It's overpowering the true flavor so spicy level should be toned down a notch I guess. You have to partner it with either rice or bread. Overall it was a good sausage!

I microwaved the sausages on a paper towel. Once heated through, I wrapped a taquito size flour tortilla around each one and ate them like a breakfast burrito. Delicious! No dishes or utensils to clean up. The Hatch Chiles aroma hits you as soon as you open the package. Eating the sausage releases a subtle spicy heat that enhances the other ingredients. I will buy them again soon since we already consumed this package.

Rolled up in a low carb tortilla and you've got a guick and tasty breakfast.

Weird taste, weird texture

These were great for an addition to some eggs for breakfast, as well in breakfast burrito. Was not 100% sold on them plain.

I was curious how these would be & I was pleasantly surprised! Very flavorful with a little kick. Definitely will purchase again.
