Such a unique and delicious addition for breakfast! (Would actually be great anytime of the day!) A great combination of meat, egg, cheese and peppers wrapped up in one neat little package. It has a bit of a kick, but just the right amount. Would highly recommend them!!

These sausages are fully cooked, so they are quick to prepare and serve. They had less spice or flavor than I expected, but they're good served with eggs and hash browns or tossed in a salad. They have scrambled egg and cheese inside, but we still liked them best served alongside eggs. I would recommend them to someone looking for sausage made without pork or casing.

Saw this as a recommended item in an email and figured I'd give it a shot. I must say it's not bad at all. Great for a quick breakfast but be warned they might be a little spicy for some tastes. I personally have no problems with it. I cooked them with the frying pan method. I can see these being a regular breakfast item for me.

Very good if your looking for something light and quick to eat before work out or on the run. 30 sec in the microwave and your good to go. Only negative is if you are particular about textures. Since there is eggs and cheese you can get some mushy bites. Flavor is great!

Was worried to try at first bc I can't handle spice. However we bought them and all loved it. Try it on a hoagie bun with peppers and onions. Mouth watering! Chop it up and throw in eggs for breakfast, it's even better. Hoping it isn't just seasonal bc we love it!!

Cooked under broiler then chopped up for breakfast tacos. Queso fresco, sauteed red bell pepper + other toppings; was great. Even our picky eater liked it. Would buy again. Easy and tasty. Could see this with rice and toppings like pineapple, or alongside pancakes. Not too spicy at all. More of a smokey flavor and a bit of sweetness and creaminess from the eggs. Not too salty.

A couple years ago, I purchased @ Sam's, an hatch chili breakfast sausage, with cheese and eggs. That product was made by Hormel exclusively for Sam's. OMG.... the sausages were insanely delicious! I was hopeful that these were compatible. Unfortunately, they fell short. Don't get me wrong, this sausage is not bad. It's just not great. Unlike the other reviews, I feel that they are under seasoned and lack flavor.

I bought this item about 2 weeks ago and it was ok. It was spicy and the taste was mediocre. If you aren't looking for good taste and wan to add it with eggs or wrap it around toast it would be more tolerable. My family wasn't too keen on the taste and said they wouldn't eat it again.

These are amazing even in the air fryer for just a couple of minutes. Perfect no chewy, rubbery, nasty casing, which is even better which is hard to find sausages without casings anymore but these are amazing. I hope they stay around. The flavor is great as well.

I'd passed these over several times. Had low expectations based on so much going on in the sausage. Particularly eggs. Finally tried them after another shopper praised how delicious they were. We weren't disappointed. Pretty tasty sausage with a light kick and so quick to heat since they are precooked.
