Are bit too spicy but good

Husband cannot eat cheese; rating is for poor reveal. Authentic Italian sausage recipes do not include cheese (cheese in/on everything is an American thing). Tried reading ingredients, written in the teeniest, tiniest print, but relied on the big print title. On the BACK, VERY BOTTOM of the package, there's some shreds of cheese which I overlooked. Lesson learned: bring strong reading glasses. I ate one and it is tasty: medium spice (not what I would call Italian, tho), good texture. At least the quantity of cheese is not overwhelming, taking away from the fact that it's a sausage.

I enjoy chicken sausage WITHOUT cheese. Unless you read the ingredients list, you wouldn't know it. Poor labeling. Cheese is not a sausage standard imo

We used to love these sausages when they came in three vacuum packs with cardboard around them. When they changed the packaging, they changed the product, and we can't stand the new ones.
