I wanted to buy and Italian sausage to use in a dish that I was making and I found these. They have great flavoring to them and complimented my dish greatly They are great tasting sausages and if you are looking for a sausage with great flavor I would suggest you trying these. They cook up well whether you are slicing them up and cooking them whole.

We hardly ever purchase chicken processed meat but boy were we surprised with how great these tasted. We will be purchasing more and cant wait to put a few on the grill!

I was very pleasantly surprised to find that this "Italian-style" mild sausage tastes just like the real Italian sausage I remember from many years ago. I appreciate that it has no nitrates. However I had to give it one star off for the natural pork casing which is much too thick and too tough for hubby and I to be able to chew. It takes forever to get that casing off, but that is less time than trying to chew the meat out of each bite and spit out the casing. I wish there was a relatively easy way to skin these delicious sausage links!

These are pretty good for chicken sausages. Way better than the apple flavor! But, not as great as the Hatch Green Chile flavor! Those are freaking awesome and now they never have them. Hoping they bring that flavor back!

Bought these as a substitute for the Members Mark Pork Andouille sausage and found them to be a poor substitute. I didn't realize they'd have cheese in them, which is not where cheese belongs for me. The Italian seasonings were fine. Easy to add to a variety of dishes. It's not that these didn't taste good, they just weren't the Andouille sausage that I truly wanted.

This is a odd one, its literally hit and miss with these chicken sausages. Even these Italian ones. The first package we got, they were good!! This second package of Italian is disgusting. I truly dont understand how one package tastes so bad while the other was great. Expiration dates were fine. I would not recommend these.

Do not buy these sausages if you don't eat pork. They are wrapped in a pork casing. This irritates me when companies do this. There are a lot of people that don't eat pork and look for chicken and turkey products. Then we see that the company used a pork casing.

skin is very thick; taste is ok but too greasy

I bought it online as a chicken sausage, it turned out that it is stuffed in pork linings. It wasn't mentioned online and as I don't eat pork, I gave it away.
