I found the bottle to be easy to open. I did notice some mild constipation after taking these pills. I will just up my intake on water as I do need to take a multivitamin. Completely devoid of scent and taste (super important for me), easy to take, it doesn't play around in your mouth while you're trying to swallow it! After having used it for almost a month I do feel like it has helped some with energy, my nails and hair are growing like crazy and are much stronger! I would definitely buy this vitamin, and it is a decent price. I also like that I only need to take 1. I took a picture of the pill but Influenster won't let me post it for some reason, it's a medium sized pill (as far as pills go) and it's a really light lavender colour.

It's an easy way to insure that you aren't missing any vital nutrients in your diet. Very happy with the packaging. Easy open screw off top without the child proof caps that can be difficult if you have arthritis in your hands. The coating on the tablet ensures you don't taste anything as you swallow it with water. The size of the tablet is good and I don't have trouble taking it but they do make minis if this is an issue for you. Not as cheap as some vitamins but definitely a trusted brand you can count on.
