My optometrist recommended this because it has lutein which is beneficial to eye health. This is a large size pill, but it has a coating that makes it easy to swallow. It does not have a strong vitamin taste.

3 months ago i bought centrum silver 50+ for men. First time in life but the results were outstanding soon i would like to buy again. Alhmdullilah best results. 

I've taken Centrum for women over 50 and I'm sure I'm getting the vitamins and minerals my body needs but I just don't feel a big difference. I have a thryoid condition which makes me lethargic anyway so I can't say it makes me feel any different.

One of my top go to brands. Do they work honestly I don't know I feel relatively good and take these or a variation thereof daily. Have a blend of multiple vitamins that I feel are needed daily to keep yourself healthy.

A bit pricey depending where you buy them but it is a pretty good over all vitamin for people over 50. I wonder though if tablets dissolve in your system.

I'm taking vitamins and i make sure one tablet has everything.....Centrum never fails me....some vitamins has a weird smell this one has no weird smell...the capsule or tablet is not huge easy to swallow...

I like centrum vitamins as they go down easily when I swallow them. They have the right amount of the essential vitamins and I feel they meet expectations in their formula. I would definitely buy them again

I think that the tablets are too big and the taste itself makes you want to throw up🙃 I can't lie to you, sorry.. The presentation is cute and not too expensive. But to be honest, no one at home likes it😓
