I love these vitamins They seem to work the best for me . I can get them with my insurance so they don't cost me anything. These vitamins are not real expensive . Most insurance places have a over the counter catalog . highly recommend this product it works great for me.

I haven't had any aftertaste/burping through the day or felt odd after taking them. These seem like a great choice for a multivitamin each day. I chose them for ingredients even though I'm not 50 ;) My knees sure feel like it, so I went with this.

Great daily multivitamins. You get pretty much everything you need to start your day going . If you have a busy schedule in which you're trying to go to work , exercise and eat well this helps in between to add extra vitamins for your body

I ussed to take it a long time ago now I've moved to mostly getting my nutrients from my diet alone. But Its good when your on a diet and not getting all your nutrients from food which at the time i wasn't.

These vitamins are pretty large, I took one a day until I finished the bottle. I didnt find any significant differences while eating these, but I didnt expect anything either. Just for purposes of maintaining my health.
