I have used Centrum Silver for years now. I will be 68 in May, 2020. I need everything this vitamin offers. I was malnourished for several years because of my health. My Dr. Had me take them and I have been taking them ever since. I would gladly recommend them to anyone.

I started to take vitamins many years ago because I'm always on a diet so I felt that I wasn't getting enough in terms of my regular nutritional chart I like the silver because it has more iron and calcium than the regular does and I felt those were things that may be missing from my diet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This brand of vitamins has been around a long time. They are always reliable. This formula is no exception. Taken every day I feel stronger. I just wish the pill was slightly smaller. Otherwise, a great brand and a solid vitamin.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having had gastric bypass surgery, I'm unable to absorb the necessary nutrients and vitamins, recommended. So much so that I take prescription Vitamin D and monthly Vitamin B injections. Even with those, my levels remain low. Mind you, that's just two deficiencies. My zinc, copper and Vitamin K are also affected. I don't want to take individual supplements for each deficiency, so having one pill that has what I need, I ideal. I'm not one of those that have issues swallowing pills, but expected the pill to be bigger. It was a pleasant surprise that it wasn't as large as I expected. Not to mention my being a woman of a certain age. I haven't had any side effects. My only Con is it's suggested to take it with food. I generally take my morning pills as soon as I wake up, prior to eating. So I just take it at night instead.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These vitamins are easy to take. The cap is not child proof and just screws off. There is none of that vitamin smell. The tablets are easy to swallow with water and I do feel better seem to have more energy

The dosage of Vitamins and Minerals is perfect. However i believe the inactive ingredients could be improved on. I wish the Titanium Dioxide and Talc were removed. I understand that talc is used for the prevention of the ingredients sticking to the processing machinery and TD for the smooth coating of the pill. However, even a small safe amount used in manufacturing may still have a cumulative effect over time.

Also, it's great that only one tablet is needed per day and that it's high in vitamin B12 which helps to keep me energized throughout the day and contains all my daily needs for biotin to help my hair, skin, and nails. A plus for me is that it is non-gmo and gluten free which I try to avoid. Highly recommended.

I'm not if the age of 50, a mere behind by a few but I still wanted to get in a multivitamin for any thing I might be lacking they I don't know of. I do a few seperate vitamins already but wanted that extra boost. The capsule is small and coated. A light grey color compared to a regular white coated vitamin. One a day is all I need. So far no issues on upset stomach. I can take it on an empty stomach in the mornings but if anyone wishes can take it with food. Only been taking it a week or so. Hoping it will help mostly with my eye health.
