[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Centrum 50+ Silver Multivitamin has all the vitamins you need. It is a big white pill that you have to swallow. I been taking them for 2 weeks now and I feel no change in my energy level. But I take them for vitamins I lack. I would buy again.

My mother uses and swears by this multi-vitamins. However, for me personally I find swallowing this multi-vitamin to hard and afterwards I have feeling that something is stuck in my throat. I tried it multiple times and with large does of water but alas this pill isn't for me. I do notice improvement in my overall energy but again for me it's not worth it when I can use other brand multi-vitamins that give me better results and little to no discomfort. If you are okay with intaking bigger pills then give this one a try otherwise feel free to skip.

This multivitamin/multimineral supplement has everything I want and more that I didn't even know I wanted. Heart health, brain function, and eye health?? YES please! I'm not entirely sure what micronutrients are but they nourish your cells and my cells could use that. The tablets, while not exactly small are smooth and are surprisingly easy to swallow. I'm into multi-tasking so I love all these nutrients in one little tablet. This one is a winner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great daily multivitamin that fits all my dietary needs and I like that it is tasteless and does not contain a strong vitamin scent. Also, it's great that only one tablet is needed per day and that it's high in vitamin B12 which helps to keep me energized throughout the day and contains all my daily needs for biotin to help my hair, skin, and nails. A plus for me is that it is non-gmo and gluten free which I try to avoid. Highly recommended.

The dosage of Vitamins and Minerals is perfect. However i believe the inactive ingredients could be improved on. I wish the Titanium Dioxide and Talc were removed. I understand that talc is used for the prevention of the ingredients sticking to the processing machinery and TD for the smooth coating of the pill. However, even a small safe amount used in manufacturing may still have a cumulative effect over time.

Specifically, I like the fact that a single tablet provides more than 100% of the recommended daily allowance of Vitamin D3. It leaves no aftertaste and the tablet itself is easy to swallow and the bottle easy to open. I am very satisfied with this product.
