These are not to big to easily take - I have been taking these for about a month now and I feel better for taking them. I will see how my bloodwork looks in a few months after taking these daily. I enjoy all the benefits of them is spot on my only concern is they are very hard to take because you have to swallow them whole and I prefer a chewable Gummy version.. that's my only drawback I haven't seen a difference or felt a difference since I have been taking them however I will continue to take them..

Centrum Silver does just that-easy to get needed vitamins in this 72 year old body. The only thing that would make it easier is a smaller tablet. The oval tablets can be hard to swallow at times. But overall I am happy with these Centrum Silver multivitamins.
