Better to just eat healthy, but if you need vitamins, this has most of what you need. You just take one per day and they have a comprehensive set of vitamins and minerals for people 50 and older, plus lutein and lycopene. They are verified non-GMO and gluten free. One down side is that they unnecessarily add artificial coloring to make the pills silver colored - pointless and not needed.
